Pre-customer Meeting
Initial consultation to understand customer objectives, sample type, sequencing needs, and recommended service approach
Sample Processing
Customer delivers samples to IGF for quality control, library preparation, sequencing, and related analysis processes
Data Delivery
Sequencing results and analysis reports are delivered securely to the customer in the agreed format
Post-service Meeting
Follow-up discussion session to review results, provide interpretation support, and discuss next steps or additional analyses
