Integrated Genome Factory (IGF) helps Indonesian researchers turn samples into answers and reach the scientific goals that matter to them.
Indonesia holds some of the richest biodiversity on Earth, yet much of its genomic potential remains untapped. For years, limited local infrastructure and specialized expertise left researchers with a single option: send precious samples abroad. That route is costly and slow, and it means surrendering control over both the biosample and the genetic data it carries.
IGF was built to change that. Every sample is sequenced and analyzed entirely in-house in Indonesia, on the same long-read platforms trusted by leading genomics institutes worldwide: Oxford Nanopore PromethION and PacBio Revio.
