Frequently Asked Question (FAQ)

IGF conducts Sample Pooling on the 25th of each month, with results expected to be released by the 25th of the following month. We accept samples in the form of Raw samples, Total DNA/RNA Extracts, or Amplicons. Full details are available in the IGF Service Catalog.
IGF standard output data generally consists of raw FASTQ/BAM files accompanied by quality control reports generated via NanoPlot, as well as EPI2ME analysis results where applicable. Additional data outputs may also be requested as part of our custom services, based on your project needs.
Pacific Bioscience's Revio and Oxford Nanopore Technology's Promethion. In collaboration with LPPT UGM, we also offer Sanger Sequencing services.
Data analysis needs can be accommodated and supported by IGF's Panel of Expert collaborators within defined scopes. Custom analysis services are also available upon request.
IGF sequencing services are categorized into three main areas: Whole Genome Sequencing, Targeted Sequencing, and Custom Services.
Data confidentiality is guaranteed through legally binding service agreements, including a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA). All user data is stored on-premise and managed within a month, after which it is securely deleted in accordance with our data management policy. Full intellectual property (IP) rights and copyright of all generated data remain exclusively with the user.
